We offer a wide variety of classes for athletes, ages 2 and up. From forward rolls and cartwheels to advanced skills such as fulls and beyond, we’ll be your partner in discovering your capabilities.

Tumbling Class Options Offered at Pro Sport

Tumble Basics

This is the perfect class for athletes looking to build strong fundamentals. body control, core strength and knowledge of tumbling forms and shapes. Athletes will progress from general strength to how to build power in shapes and angles. Athletes will continue their tumbling journey in this class to master their back walkovers, front walkovers and switch kicks.

Flight School

Take your flyer to the next level in their flexibility, balance, strength and showmanship!

BEGINNER SPRINGS

This is a specialized class for athletes who can already do a back/front walkover and are looking to get repetition and confidence in their back handsprings and round-off, back handspring skills.

Advanced Springs

This is a specialized class for athletes who can already do a back handspring and round off backhandspring. These athletes are looking to progress into their series handsprings.

Tucks

To take this class athletes must have at least a standing and running back handspring series. In this class, athletes will work on breaking down all the elements that comprise a standing tuck and running tuck. Emphasis will be put on agility, jump, and rotation.

Layouts

To take this class athletes must have at least a standing and running tuck. In this class, athletes will work on breaking down all the elements that comprise layouts and begin their twisting skills.

Jumps

This class is special for our members to focus on leg and hip flexibility along with core strength and balance. The athletes will be put through a variety of flexibility and strength stations and drills to train the proper progressions of their stretching which will help them in jumping.

Base/Backspot Training

Strength building and technique drills to take your base or Backspot to the next level.
